Teaser - TROMS: Chapter 9 "What goes up..."

Here's this week's teaser. Looking at posting by the end of the week, possibly the weekend. So, make sure you've got this story on alert.

I knew what I wanted, and in that moment, I had an idea as to how to get it.

"Um, can I ask you a question?" I peered up at him through my lashes, waiting for him to answer.

His expression was one of curiosity as he answered, "sure." I turned to face him, but kept my eyes down. I was biting my lower lip as the nerves were wreaking havoc with my confidence. He brought his hand up to my face, his thumb tracing along my cheek bone. "Hey, there's no need to be embarrassed. Just ask me." His voice was so gentle and concerned. I nodded to him.

You can do this.

My eyes suddenly snapped up to lock with his as I tilted my chin up. My hands clutched at the material of his shirt as I pulled him towards me, kissing him like my life depended on it.

I could feel his lips turning up in a smile before he leaned back a little to look at me with that gorgeous grin plastered across his face.

"So what exactly was the question?" His voice was laced with excitement and amusement.

I grinned back. "How was that?" I asked, quirking my eyebrow at him.

Before I could make sense of what was happening, he had pulled me to him, crushing his lips against mine with even more passion than before as he backed me up against the wall while our bodies pressed and writhed against each other.

I'm definitely going to be having sex with him tonight.

Teaser - TROMS: Chapter 8 "WTF?"

Here we go for another week. I'm starting my new job this week, so hopefully I'll get the editing finished up and to my beta in time to post by Friday. Was hoping to get it done earlier, but haven't had the chance yet.

He reached out and with his fingers he gently cupped my chin as he lifted my face to look at him. “There’s nothing to be sorry about. It was… nice.”

Nice? What the hell does that mean?

He must have been able to tell what I was thinking, because he was quickly backtracking. “No, I mean, it wasn’t just nice… it was great. I liked it. I was just… I don’t know. It was just really great.” His eyes were shining with excitement and I could see, for the first time that he was actually a little flustered and seemed nervous.

“Okay. Yeah, I know what you mean.” My face broke out in a massive grin.

I could feel my eyes widening and my heart beat picked up it’s pace as he leaned forward and gently brushed his lips against mine.

Teaser - TROMS: Chapter 7 "This was so not what I expected..."

So here's this week's teaser. Sorry about the delay in getting the last chapter up. Hopefully everything's fixed now. Fingers crossed!

"What do you want?" I asked flatly.

"Let me see… what do I want from you?" He pretended to ponder this as if it were the most important consideration in the world. "I guess a fair trade could be a kiss."

He's not wasting any time, is he? I suppose that I could live with that.

"Tell me your name first." I was determined not to be seen as a push over.

He chuckled as he responded. "You know, I really don't think so. You might back out on me."

He was about as infuriating as Alice. "I promise you that I won't."

"No, I think I'd prefer to do it my way."

Smug bastard.

"Why doesn't that surprise me?" My sarcastic tone was ignored as he continued to argue.

"Because it makes the most sense."

"How? You could just as easily renege on telling me your name." I had a sneaking suspicion that this would be exactly what he'd do.

"Yes, I could. But I won't."How did he expect me to believe him when he was smirking at me?

"But how can I trust you?"

"Alright, how about we settle this in an equitable manner? I'll toss a coin and you can call it. What do you say?"

"Fine." I grumbled. This was getting frustrating.

He tossed the coin into the air, and as I watched it spin, I called heads.

Teaser - TROMS: Chapter 6 "Well, this is awkward..."

Okay, so I have had an annoying computer FAIL this last week, with not one, but both computers at home within 24 hours. Chapter 6 is currently with my beta, so it will be posted very soon, but until then, here's a teaser to tie you over.

He pulled me closer as his head tilted slowly to the side, readying to kiss me again. I leaned in, closing the distance between us.

His mouth was soft and sensuous, his tongue gently teasing mine and I could only imagine what he would be capable of doing to me with it.

Whoa... I think you might be in danger of getting naked with him right here if he keeps this up.

Chapter 7 should be up by then end of this week - fingers crossed.
